For digital printing this charge covers formatting, color correction and archiving of a piece of artwork. A set of multiple top panels, or valance and a skirt will be considered one piece of artwork. For example: a Gazebo printed with 3 digital top panels and digital printed skirt, sold with a banner, would only incur one First-Time Artwork Charge. For screen printing, this charge covers the one-time expense of formatting, output and archiving of a film positive. The charge occurs once for every piece of artwork to be imprinted. There is an additional, recurring screen printing setup charge which covers creation of a screen, table setup and cleanup. We will retain a copy of the formatted artwork for use when reprinting new sets of vinyl. You will be issued an Artwork ID Number for ordering additional sets of vinyl using this artwork. However, if any changes are made to that artwork for subsequent reprints, a new First-Time Artwork Charge will be applied. Close This Window
